Having only been around for handful of years, we've grown to more than 2 million community members and our growth isn't slowing down!
We’ve helped millions of users break into the field and work with hundreds of businesses, all with absolutely no marketing spend and only a three person marketing team (Content Marketing Manager, Community Marketing Manager, and a Marketing Assistant). We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing to help define our marketing strategy, execute on growth initiatives and support other departments across the business, further accelerating our growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy to align with the TryHackMe’s ambitious growth goals
- Own D2C top of funnel and support product to execute on other middle of funnel growth initiatives (retention and monetisation)
- Own B2B lead generation and work with the sales team to drive revenue
- Partner with our product and sales teams to develop a compelling product messaging, positioning, and collateral that effectively communicates the value of our product in our market
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, rapid experimentation, and continuous learning
- Create and manage strategic content calendars and distribution plans to supports lead generation and conversion goals across all stages of the funnel.
We are looking for
- At least 5 years experience working in product marketing or growth marketing including in SaaS companies with a bottoms up business model
- Has experience working in organisations that rely on product led growth
- At least 3 year experience managing a team and setting up KPIs for the team
- Understanding and ability to evidence the use of (quantitative and quantitative) data and insight as a lever and differentiator in growth opportunities
- Comfort operating with ambiguous problem areas with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
